Cordell Ramsay

In accordance with Cordell’s wishes, Jarred released Cordell’s spirit, not into the ethers as is customary in their homeland, but into Gem Forest. Cordell wanted this in order to look after the forest for his very dear friend, Gem Bluestone. Through this, Jarred met Gem and they formed a strong friendship, Gem eventually becoming Jarred’s best friend.
Unfortunately, Jarred also met Draegon. Draegon and Gem Bluestone shared a strange but undeniable bond, and Cordell and Draegon had fought together more than once. Much to Cordell's disadvantage, Draegon most commonly took possession of Gem in order to attack. Pushed to his limits one day, Cordell drowned Gem in the lake to force Draegon out of him, then used his psychic abilities to recall Gem’s spirit and revive him. Unaccustomed to being thwarted, Draegon formed an intense interest in the Ramsay bloodline.
Draegon was, in fact, enfuriated by the death of Cordell, and after studying Jarred for some time, Draegon struck in a most peculiar fashion. Using his considerably powerful magic, he made Jarred pregnant, brought him to term, and induced labor, all within a matter of moments. Angel of Mercy came to Jarred’s rescue and delivered the child via c-section.
That child was Corbin Ramsay.
